How long does shipping take for new bike orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do COSWHEEL bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly guide in the box.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Are the batteries removable for charging?
